About The Experience 
 
Delirium Dining Club is a 9-course Chef’s Table dining experience that aims to challenge the perceptions, emotions and senses of experimental diners with a fine dining experience in a relaxed & social setting whilst showcasing the very best ingredients and authentic flavours. 
 
We are excited to announce that this series we will be taking you on a culinary journey around Mexico. Chef Ricky spent six weeks at the beginning of the year eating his way around Mexico to inspire this summer menu. Through learning the nuances of Mexican culture and food from each region, Chef Ricky has curated a menu that captures a taste of Mexico in a 9-course Chef's table experience not to be missed this summer!
 
Dinner will start with what is seemingly an ice-cream sandwich and end with what looks like a classic savoury tamales! It sounds odd right?! But don’t worry it’ll all make sense once you immerse yourself in this unique, unmissable culinary journey with Chef Ricky at the exclusive 20 seat chef's table set in a luxury hotel in the heart of East London.

We are unable to accomodate Vegan, Dairy Free, Egg Free & Gluten Free dietary requirments for this menu.

Timings
 
Doors will open at 7pm. We kindly ask that you arrive on time as the experience will start promptly at 7.15pm. The experience typically lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
