We’ve partnered with Jascots Wine Merchants who have hand selected some of the best organic wines from around the world to pair with the tasting menu. All the wines are organic certified and sourced from independent growers with a focus on quality and sustainability. Every wine selected brings with it a piece of the culture, geography and climate of its home which will be showcased to you during the experience.
